Issue Addressed:

We are in the fourth year of our project. It is time for our district to develop standards based on the state's and the nation's standards. The timing is not perfect as we have almost finished the scale-up of all the schools. Since the curricula is almost totally implemented in all schools, it is an uncomfortable time for some to be developing standards. Some in the district fear that our curricula will be driving the standards. Has anyone had experience with this, and if so, how have you assured the concerned stakeholders that the curricula does not have to drive the standards? I will appreciate your response!
