This is the million dollar question. Someone just pointed out that the group of LSC stakeholders needs to connect with the "economic engine" of the community or region. The businesses and industries need to find a compelling reason why they should participate. It seems the only way. Most school district budgets cannot sustain such a high level of professional development. Securing business and industry partnerships in the community for both funds, expertise and volunteers seems to be one of the hopes.
